All 1-2-1 sessions with each client are specifically tailored to their needs, there’s no set menu here!

Applying the same methodologies and attention to detail I give to all my professional athletes - prospective high-acheiving clients will recieve a full injury screening or physio referral if neccessary, mobility screening and goal setting interview along with a mental preparation assesment.

Working together to set short, medium and long term personal goals along with my own list of recommended targets prospective clients can expect to see and experience a wide variety of higher techniques and movement drills to enhance their day to day life and training performance hand in hand.

I also strongly believe in teaching and passing forward information that will be useful for the remainder of our lives, whats better than landing on holiday and knowing exactly how to stretch, decompress and relax fully on the beach.

Or utilize minimal equipment in smaller hotel gyms for the maximal results to stay on track!
